Namcot was the consumer software division of Namco, responsible for publishing many of the company's home computer and console releases throughout the 1980s and into the 1990s. Titles in its roughly 59-game catalogue include Dig Dug, Final Lap, and Final Blaster, spanning Namco's arcade conversions and original platform productions. The Namcot brand is closely associated with the Famicom era and the golden age of Japanese arcade-to-home ports.
